摘　　要：以"民本"思想为主要宣扬诉求的《商君书》继承了法家学派的传统,主动探讨"治民之法"和"使民之道",主张创造多个社会范畴内的统治机制以形成社会差序格局并给予百姓所期望的人人平等机制下建构的平民政治模式,取得了轴心时代的阶段性成果。《商君书》的"民本"理论经过历史的检视具有普世性和科学性,重新探讨其建构的"民本"思想体系及应有价值是我们在当代社会发展法制理论的前提。The Book of Shang Jun,which advocated people-oriented ideology,inherited the traditions of the School of Legalists and actively explored the ＂laws and governing the country＂and ＂the ways of leading the people＂,advocating the creation of a number of social categories Ruling mechanism to form a pattern of social differential order and give people the expectations of the people under the equal mechanism of construction of the civilian political model,and achieved the axis of the results of the initial stage. The ＂people-oriented＂ideology of Shang Jun has a universal and scientific truthfulness,which is valuable for developing the theory of legal system in contemporary society,and to re-examine its construction of ＂people-oriented＂ideology system and its value.
