核电带基荷情况下福州地区小水电出力的经济调度研究

摘　　要：目前,福建的核电、风电等清洁能源占比过半,但有时新能源面临消纳问题,小水电需要承担部分限电调峰责任。基于此,文章提出小水电出力调整的执行办法,实现核电带基荷情况下小水电出力的经济调度。At present, nuclear power, wind power and other clean energy accounted for more than half in Fujian, however, sometimes new energy sources are facing the problem of consumption, and small hydropower needs to assume partial responsibility for regulating power cuts. This paper proposes the method how to use small hydropower in power system, to realize the economic dispatch of small hydropower under condition of nuclear power base-load.
