奥伦自理模式在改善脑梗死康复期患者康复锻炼态度及治疗效能感中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥伦自理模式在改善脑梗死康复期患者康复锻炼态度及治疗效能感中的效果。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年10月本院收治的70例脑梗死康复期患者为研究对象,将70例患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规的脑梗死康复期护理,观察组则采用奥伦自理模式为指导进行护理,比较两组护理前后的康复锻炼态度、治疗效能感及康复效果。结果:护理前两组患者的康复锻炼态度、治疗效能感及康复效果评估比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而护理后4,8,12周两组康复锻炼态度、治疗效能及康复效果均持续改善,且观察组的评估结果显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥伦自理模式在改善脑梗死康复期患者康复锻炼态度及治疗效能感中的效果较好,因此奥伦自理模式在此类患者中具有应用价值。Objective： To explore the effect of Orem’s self-care mode in improvement of the rehabilitation exercise attitude and therapeutic efficacy of the patients with cerebral infarction in the stage of rehabilitation. Methods： Selected 70 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in the stage of rehabilitation admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016,and they were taken as the objects of study,these 70 cases of patients were equally divided into control group and observation group. Those from the control group received the routine nursing of cerebral infarction rehabilitation,and those from the observation group received the nursing under the guide of Orem’s self-care mode. The patients from two groups were compared in their rehabilitation exercise attitude,therapeutic efficacy,and rehabilitation efficacy before and after the nursing. Results： The difference of the patients from two groups in rehabilitation exercise attitude,therapeutic efficacy,and rehabilitation efficacy before the nursing was not statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. However,in the 4th,8th,and 12 th weeks after the nursing,both groups saw a continuous improvement in rehabilitation exercise attitude,therapeutic efficacy,and rehabilitation efficacy of the patients,and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in evaluation result（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Orem’s self-care mode had a better effect in improvement of the rehabilitation exercise attitude and therapeutic efficacy of the patients with cerebral infarction in the stage of rehabilitation,so it had a value of application in such patients.
