快速康复外科在预防肺癌术后肺部感染的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科在预防肺癌术后肺部感染中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年12月我院胸外科收治的肺癌根治术患者208例,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者围手术期予常规护理,观察组围手术期予快速康复外科护理模式,比较两组患者住院时间、住院总费用、拔管时间、肺部感染发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者住院天数、拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院总费用少于对照组(P<0.05),肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌患者围手术期运用快速康复外科护理模式能够明显降低肺癌患者术后肺部感染发生率,缩短患者的住院时间和拔管时间,降低住院总费用,提高护理满意度,值得在临床工作中推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of fast track surgery in prevention of post-operative pulmonary infection of the patients with lung cancer. Methods： Selected 208 cases of patients of radical operation for lung cancer admitted to thoracic surgery department of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random. The patients from the control group received the routine nursing in the perioperative period,and the patients from the observation group received the nursing of fast track surgery in the perioperative period. Then patients from two groups were compared in hospital stay,total hospital fees,extubation time,pulmonary infection occurrence rate,and satisfaction with nursing. Results： The patients from the observation group had shorter hospital stay and extubation time（ P 〈 0. 05）,fewer total hospital fees（ P 〈 0. 05）,lower pulmonary infection occurrence rate（ P 〈 0. 05）,and higher satisfaction with nursing than those from the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Through application of the nursing mode of fast track surgery to the patients with lung cancer in the perioperative period,the patients’ post-operative pulmonary infection occurrence rate could be significantly reduced,their hospital stay and extubation time could be shortened,hospital fees could be reduced,and satisfaction with nursing could be improved,therefore,it was worthy of popularization and application in the clinical work.
