四联早期口腔运动干预在改善早产儿经口喂养中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 :探讨四联早期口腔运动干预在改善早产儿经口喂养困难中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年8月~2017年3月住院早产儿80例作为研究对象并随机等分为试验组与对照组,对照组早产儿接受常规护理;试验组在对照组基础上加用四联早期口腔运动干预。观察两组早产儿干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果:试验组早产儿干预后开始有效经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间及住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05),出生后3周的体质量明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组喂养不良发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用四联早期口腔运动对早产儿进行干预,可有效推动早产儿经口喂养进程,提高经口喂养期安全性和有效性,缩短住院天数,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective： To investigate the effects of four-linked early oral exercise intervention in improving the difficulty of feeding the preterm infants. Methods： A total number of 80 cases of hospitalized premature infants from August 2016 to March 2017 were selected as subjects of study and randomly divided into experimental and control group. The two groups had the same number of infants. The control group was treated with routine nursing. However,the experimental group was treated with routine nursing and with the four early oral movement interventions. To observe the differences of correlative observation indexes after intervention of two groups of premature infants. Results： After the interventions,the effective oral feeding time,complete feeding time and the length of hospitalization of the infants in experimental group were shorter than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the body mass of 3 weeks after birth was significantly higher than that in the control group（ all P 〈 0. 05）. What’s more,the incidence of poor feeding of infants in experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of four-linked early oral movement intervention in preterm infants can effectively promote the feeding process by mouth of preterm infants. Besides,it can improve the safety and efficacy of oral feeding period. In addition,it can shorten the length of hospitalization. These methods have good clinical application values.
