摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,用ODS反相色谱柱,以v(乙腈)∶v(水)=85∶15为流动相,在流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为238 nm的条件下,定量测定95%胡椒基丁醚原药中的有效成分胡椒基丁醚。胡椒基丁醚的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.20,变异系数为0.002%。Piperonyl butoxide was determinated using ODS filled column, a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase （v（ Acetonitrile ）：v （water）=85：15）, a flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 238 nm in a HPLC method. The experimental data showed that this method had a liner correlation coefficient of 0.999 8, a RSD of 0.20, and a coefficient of variation of 0.002%.
