摘  要:提出了一种针对扁平屏蔽腔的屏蔽效能测试方法,并研究了腔间开孔大小、螺钉间距和点胶与否三个因素对屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:屏蔽盖腔间开孔是导致屏蔽效能下降的最大因素;随着螺钉间距加密屏蔽效能显著提升;要获得大于70 d B的腔间屏蔽效能,推荐采用隔筋点胶。A shielding effectiveness test method for flat shielded cavities is proposed, and the influence of the inter-cavity opening size, screw spacing and gaskets on the shielding effectiveness is studied. The experimental ~sults show that: the inter--cavity opening size is the biggest factor affecting the shielding effectiveness. As the screw spacing decreases, the shielding effectiveness is significantly improved, Recommend the use of gaskets when the shielding effectiveness is grater than 70 dB.
