摘  要:随着政府大力推进市场与互联网结合的经营模式,互联网+各领域的电子商务模式逐渐发展。而传统房地产估价行业的信息交互速度慢、缺少监督运营机制、资源利用与整合能力不高等问题茌互联网时代下逐渐暴露。与此同时,随着团购类网络购物的兴起,O2O这种新型电子商务模式迅速发展。本文采取比较分析的方法,以业务交易流程为基础从交易前提、交易基础、交易过程与交易结果这4个方面比较房地产估价行业O2O经营模式与传统经营模式的区别与优劣,为房地产估价行业转型升级提供理论基础。Th and entrepre with the Intern e mode of innovation neurship combined et is prompted by the government vigorously and Internet + e-commerce models in various fields develop gradually. The problems in rear estate appraisal Industry such as the slow interaction of information, the lack of supervision, the low efficiency of resource utilization and resource integration capability expose gradually under the Internet age. At the same time, the new e-commerce model calledO2O develops rapidly with the rise of group shopping online. The thesis compares 4 differences between the O2Omode and the traditional mode of the real estate appraisal Institutions based on the business transaction process from four aspects: the transaction premise, the transaction basis, the transaction process, the transaction result and the transaction risk. All of them provide the theoretical basis for transformation and upgrading of the real estate appraisal Institutions.
