摘　　要：目的提高X线平片对胫骨近端轻微骨折的诊断准确率。方法收集本院2012年1月-2016年12月X线平片提示胫骨近端可疑骨折而经螺旋CT检查确诊骨折的病例49例,回顾性分析X线平片胫骨近端轻微骨折的X线特征。结果 49例中,胫骨外侧平台轻微塌陷骨折21例,后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折17例,胫骨髁间棘骨折5例,Segond骨折5例,胫骨内侧平台骨折1例。结论仔细观察胫骨近端轻微骨折的常见部位及X线轻微骨折征象,可以准确诊断。Objective To improve diagnostic accuracy of X-ray film with slight proximal tibia fracture. Methods Collected 49 cases of suspected fractures of the proximal tibia by X-ray plain film and spiral CT examination confirmed the diagnosis of fracture in our hospital in January 2012 -December 2016, retrospective analysis of X - ray plain tibial proximal minor fracture of the X - ray features. Results In 49 cases, 21 cases presented with slight compression fracture of lateral tibial plateau, 17 cases with tibia avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament, 5 cases with tibia intercondylar eminence fracture, 5 cases with Segond fracture, 1 case with fracture of medial tibial plateau. Conclusion Observing carefully the common sites of slight proximal tibia fracture and X-ray findings can diagnose accurately.
