早期康复干预在早产高危儿脑损伤中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期康复干预在早产高危儿及脑损伤中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年7月-2016年7月收治的90例早产高危儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施早期康复干预,比较分析两组的治疗效果。结果试验组早产儿头围、身长、体质量均明显优于对照组的早产儿。同时,试验组干预后智力发育和运动发育指数评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早产高危儿及脑损伤患儿实施早期康复干预有利于纠正脑损伤后遗症,促进早产高危儿的智力与运动发育,增强患儿的体格,值得在临床上大力推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on high risk infants and brain injury.Methods 90 cases of preterm high risk infants with brain injury admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the experimental group was treated with early rehabilitation, to compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The head circumference, body length and body weight of the preterm infants of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in preterm infants. At the same time, the scores of intelligence development and motor development index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The implementation of early rehabilitation intervention can correct the sequelae of high risk brain injury on brain injury, promoting intelligence and movement of high risk brain injury in preterm infants development, enhance children＇s physique, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
