摘　　要：目的探讨HPLC法测定炎可宁片中黄芩苷的含量的可行性。方法采用Welch Plus-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(47:53)为流动相,流速1.0m Lmin·^(-1),测定波长为280nm。结果炎可宁片中黄芩苷进样量在1.05~3.15μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为99.5%。结论该方法操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可行性好,为炎可宁片的质量控制奠定了基础。Objective To study the feasibility of HPLC method applied in the determination of baicalin in Yankening tablets. Methods Welch Plus-C18 chromatographic column （4.6mmx250mm, 5μg） was used, methanol -0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （47：53） was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0m Lmin·-1, and the wavelength of determination was 280nm. Results There was a good linear relationship of baicalin sample size of Yankening tablets in the range of 1.05-3.15μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate （n=6）was 99.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate; reliable, reproducible and feasible, which lays the foundation for the aualitv control of Yankening tablets.
