闽台高校大学生创业意愿影响因素比较研究——以十所高校调查数据为例

摘　　要：文章基于闽台十所高校大学生问卷调查数据,对闽台高校大学生创业意愿影响因素进行比较分析。研究结果显示,福建省高校大学生创业意愿受到对政策的了解程度、亲戚朋友对于创业的支持程度、大学生所拥有的知识基础和为解决就业问题的目的等影响;台湾高校大学生创业意愿受到亲戚朋友创业成功与否、大学生所拥有的知识基础和为解决就业问题的目的等影响。最后,基于调查分析结果,提出提升福建高校大学生创业有效性的对策建议。Based on the survey data of ten universities in Fujian and Taiwan, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the contributory factors of entrepreneurial intention among college students in Fujian and Taiwan. The results show that the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Fujian is influenced by the factors such as the understanding of policy, the support level for entrepreneurship of relatives and friends, the knowledge base of college students, the purpose of solving the employment problem and so on; and the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Taiwan is influenced by the factors such as the success or failure of friends and relatives to venture, the knowledge base of college students, the purpose of solving the employment problem and so on. Finally, based on the results of the survey and analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of college students＇ entrepreneurship in Fujian.
