摘　　要：当前高校生涯咨询中存在机制不完善、专业化程度不高和质化评估不足等问题。实现生涯咨询的本土化需要充分把握西方的生涯咨询理论和深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化资源;实现生涯咨询的专业化需要整合各种资源、加强咨询反馈和利用多种评估方法等;实现生涯咨询的信息化需要充分利用信息技术,搭建多元化的咨询平台和大数据分析系统。At present, some problems remain in college career consultations, such as imperfect mechanism, lack of specialization and insufficient quality assessment. To achieve the localization of career consultation, we ought to fully command relevant western theories and deeply excavate Chinese outstanding traditional cultural resources; to achieve the specialization of of career consultation, we ought to integrate various resources, strengthen feedback and employ a variety of assessments and so on; to achive the informatization of consultation, we ought to make full use of information technology, construct a diversified consulting platform and a big-data analysis system.
