摘　　要：大学生权利是大学生社会价值得以实现的基础,主要包括受教育权和一般民事权利以及受救济的权利。然而,由于受到传统教育模式的影响,实践中存在大学生权利经常受到高校及其教师的侵犯等一系列问题。因此,在当前依法治国的背景下,从法律的维度对大学生权利进行保护具有其紧迫性和必要性,具体可以通过完善高校对大学生的具体管理机制以及对大学生权利的救济程序等法律规定来加以落实,以此实现对大学生合法权利的全面保护。College Students＇ rights are the basis for the realization of the social value of college students,including the right to education,general civil rights and the right to relief.However,due to the influence of the traditional education model,there are a series of problems in the practice of College Students ＇ rights,such as the violation of the University and its teachers. Therefore,in the context of the rule of law,it is urgent and necessary to protect the rights of college students from the perspective of law. It is necessary to improve the specific management mechanism of college students and the relief procedure of College Students＇ rights,so that to realize the comprehensive protection of the legitimate rights of college students.
