社会嵌入视角下的合作社发展——基于一个典型案例的分析

摘　　要：本文基于社会嵌入理论,聚焦于一个典型案例的分析,建立了"社会嵌入—治理结构—行为绩效"的理论分析框架,并应用该分析框架研究了案例合作社的多重嵌入、层级嵌入和动态演化,指出合作社的决策绝不仅是单纯的经济行为,在其发展过程中必须考虑宏观、中观、微观等多个层级影响因素及其相互作用。分析表明,一个合作社要提高生存和成功的几率,必须顺应产业发展规律,结合政府偏好,重视合作社领导人企业家才能的培养,主动调整治理结构,并深度融入当地的社区文化和政治环境。The development of cooperatives is of great significance to ensure the income of farmers and the safety of agricultural products.However,the development of cooperatives is not optimistic.Based on the theory of social embedment theory,this paper focuses on the analysis of a typical case,and establishes a theoretical analysis framework of'social embedment-governance structure-behavior performance'.This paper uses the analysis framework to study the multiple levels of embedding,hierarchical embedding and dynamic evolution of the cooperative case.The paper pointed out that the cooperative decisionmaking is not only purely economic behavior,in its development process,must consider the macro,meso and micro levels of multiple factors and their interaction.Analysis shows that a cooperative to improve survival and success,must be taken to comply with the law of industrial development,combined with government leaders attach great importance to the cultivation of cooperative preference,entrepreneurial talent,take the initiative to adjust the governance structure,strategy and the depth of integration into the local community cultural and political environment.
