摘 要:目的:观察肤悦康洗剂对豚鼠急性湿疹模型皮损的改善情况。方法:将急性湿疹豚鼠造模后随机分为正常对照组10只、模型对照组11只、泼尼松龙组13只、肤悦康洗剂低剂量组12只和肤悦康洗剂高剂量组13只。模型对照组、正常对照组在激发区外涂生理盐水,肤悦康洗剂低剂量组于激发区外涂肤悦康洗剂1.2 g生药·m L-1,肤悦康洗剂高剂量组于激发区外涂肤悦康洗剂2.4 g生药·m L-1;泼尼松龙组外涂泼尼松5 m L∶0.125 g。记录各组豚鼠治疗前后的皮损评分情况,计算疗效指数。HE染色,光镜下观察各组豚鼠组织病理学变化。结果:豚鼠急性湿疹模型皮损病理学观察可见明显的血管扩张、充血和水肿、大量炎症细胞浸润,与正常对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肤悦康洗剂高剂量组、肤悦康洗剂低剂量组疗效指数明显高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肤悦康洗剂可有效改善模型豚鼠皮损血管扩张、水肿,抑制炎症反应。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuyuekang Lotion( FYKL) on guinea pig acute eczema model skin lesion. Methods: Acute eczema guinea pig models were randomly divided into the normal control group with 10 cases,the model control group with11,prednisolone group with 13,FYKL low-dose group with 12,and FYKL high-dose group with 13. The model control group and the normal control group were coated with saline in the excitation region,while FYKL low-dose group was coated with1. 2 g crude drug m L^-1in the excitation region,and FYKL high-dose group was coated with2. 4 g crude drug m L^-1in the excitation region,and prednisolone group was coated with prednisone 5 m L∶0. 125 g in the excitation region. The score of skin lesions before and after treatment in each group was recorded,and the curative effect index was calculated. With HE staining,the pathological changes of guinea pigs were observed under light microscope. Results: The pathological observation of the acute eczema in guinea pigs showed obvious vasodilation,congestion and edema,and a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration. Compared with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The treatment indexes in FYKL highdose group and FYKL low-dose group were significantly higher than the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: FYKL can effectively improve the blood vessel expansion and edema of model guinea pig skin and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
