双乌镇痛胶囊治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察双乌镇痛胶囊治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年10月—2015年10月本院确诊的三叉神经痛患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组给予卡马西平治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用双乌镇痛胶囊治疗。结果:对照组有效率为74.5%,观察组有效率为90.9%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗后2周两组患者VAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后4周、8周,观察组VAS评分情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为20%,观察组不良反应发生率为7.27%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双乌镇痛胶囊联合卡马西平片治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule（ SWZTC） on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods： One hundred and ten patients who were diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital between October 2013 and October 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 55 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given carbamazepine tablets for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added SWZTC based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was74. 5%,while that of the observation group was 90. 9%,and the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The scores of VAS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05） at the 4th week and the 8th week after treatment; The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 20%,while that of the observation group was 7. 27%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SWZTC combined with carbamazepine tablets has a remarkable clinical curative effect on trigeminal neuralgia.
