基于DSA证实的脑血管狭窄患者中医体质特征研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于DSA证实的脑血管狭窄患者的中医体质分布规律。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年1月广东省中医院神经内科住院部收住的174例基于DSA证实的脑血管狭窄患者,采用现场调查方式,调查工具为中医体质分类与判定表,对判定结果进行整理,并进行数据录入分析。结果:174例脑血管狭窄患者中,痰湿质68例,占39.08%、瘀血质42例,占24.14%、阴虚质30例,占17.24%,位居所有体质的前三位。不同程度血管狭窄患者间、单支和多支间、前循环和后循环间以及不同性别血管狭窄患者体质分布差异比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痰湿质、瘀血质、阴虚质为脑血管狭窄的危险因素,通过生活习惯的改变或中医中药的干预纠正偏颇体质,从而达到预防脑血管狭窄,减少缺血性脑血管疾病的发生率的目的。Objective： To explore the TCM constitutions of patients with cerebrovascular stenosis based on DSA confirmation. Methods： Totally 174 patients with cerebrovascular stenosis based on DSA confirmation treated in Inpatient Department of Neurology in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine between January 2014 and January 2015 were conducted field investigation with TCM constitution categories and decision table as the tool to arrange the judgment results and analyze the data entry. Results：Among the 174 patients,68 patients were with phlegm dampness constitution,accounting for 39. 08%; 42 patients with blood stasis constitution,accounting for 24. 14%; 30 patients with yin deficiency constitution,accounting for 17. 24%. These were the three mostly commonly seen constitutions. Patients with different degrees of hemadostenosis,single vessel,multiple vessels,anterior circulation,posterior circulation,different genders,the differences of constitutions had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Constitutions of phlegm dampness,blood stasis,yin deficiency are the risk factors of cerebrovascular stenosis. By changing living habits,correcting constitutions with intervention of Chinese medicine,patients can prevent the cerebrovascular stenosis and decrease the occurrence rate of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
