扶正化痰解毒法治疗复发老年弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的体会

摘　　要：正气不足,痰毒内蕴、本病再发,则"体更虚,毒更深"为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的发病机理。"扶正祛邪"为其治疗大法,贯穿始终,初期多以痰凝结滞为外在表现,加之体虚毒陷,故治疗上当以化痰散结为主兼顾扶正、解毒;肿块渐消后,可酌减化痰散结之力,然体内毒邪仍未清除,故可加重解毒之力并辅以活血行气之药使祛邪不留瘀;邪去毒减后,则将治疗之重点用于扶助正气,固护卫表,解毒之力渐减。Healthy qi insufficiency and internal accumulation of phlegm toxicity cause this disease to recur,and then ＂ even more deficient body and deeper toxicity＂ is the pathogenesis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. ＂ Healthy-qi reinforcing and pathogen eliminating＂ method is the major therapeutic method throughout the whole process. In early stage,phlegm coagulation and stagnation is the external manifestations,except for the weak constitution and deep toxicity,so the method of reducing phlegm and resolving masses is the main and reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating toxicity are simultaneously considered. When the lump gradually fades,the intensity of reducing phlegm and resolving masses can be lowered. However,the internal toxicity hasn＇ t been eliminated,so the intensity of eliminating toxicity can be increased and drugs with effects of activating blood and qi can be supplemented to prevent remaining of blood stasis when expelling pathogens. After the pathogen leaves and toxicity reduces,the key therapeutic method should be reinforcing healthy qi,protecting defensive interior and reduce the toxicity-eliminating intensity.
