摘  要:按照HJ/T 220—2005标准,采用GC(气相色谱)法对随机购买的53批溶剂型胶粘剂中卤代烃含量进行检测。研究结果表明:19批氯丁型胶粘剂、23批SBS型胶粘剂、11批其他类型胶粘剂中分别有8批、12批、2批检出卤代烃,检出率分别为42.1%、52.2%、18.2%;22批检出卤代烃的胶粘剂中有20批不符合HJ/T 220—2005标准要求,并且胶粘剂中卤代烃的检出率与产地不相关。对氯丁型胶粘剂和SBS型胶粘剂而言,两者的卤代烃检出率在统计学意义上没有明显差别(卡方检验中双侧概率P>0.05),但两者均存在较大的卤代烃检出风险,故应对两者的生产过程进行重点监督管理,以确保两者的质量符合行业标准。The halogenated hydrocarbons contents in stochastic buying 53 batches of solvent-basedadhesives were tested by GC(gas chromatography)in accordance with HJ/T 220—2005 standard. The researchresults showed that the 8,12,2 batches of halogenated hydrocarbons were respectively detected in 19 batches ofneoprene-based adhesives,23 batches of SBS-based adhesives,and 11 batches of other-based adhesives,and theabove detection rates were 42.1%,52.2% and 18.2% respectively. The 20 batches of adhesives in the 22 batches ofadhesives with detected halogenated hydrocarbons could not meet the requirements of HJ/T 220—2005 standard,and the detection rates of halogenated hydrocarbons in adhesives are not associated with area. For neoprene-basedadhesives and SBS-based adhesives,the both detection rates of halogenated hydrocarbons have no the obviousdifference on statistical significance(bilateral probability P〉0.05 in chi-square test),but both have all the bigdetection risk of halogenated hydrocarbons,which production process should be emphatically regulated in order toguarantee both quality accord with industry standard.
