摘  要:介绍了合成WPU(水性聚氨酯)过程中乳化剂的作用、制备PU(聚氨酯)预聚体的2种乳化方法(外乳化法、自乳化法),详细介绍了不同扩链方式自乳化法(如丙酮法、预聚体法、熔融分散法和酮亚胺/酮联氮法等)的工艺流程以及优缺点,重点介绍了PU分子链上不同亲水基团的自乳化WPU(如阴离子型、阳离子型和非离子型WPU等)的合成原理和最新研究进展。最后对自乳化WPU的发展方向进行了展望。The function of emulsifier in the process of synthesizing WPU(waterborne polyurethane),two kinds of emulsifying methods(such as external emulsifying method,and self-emulsifying method)in preparingPU(polyurethane)prepolymer were introduced. The technological process,advantages and disadvantages of self-emulsifying methods(such as acetone method,prepolymer method,melting dispersion method,and ketimine/ketoneazide method)with different chain-extension ways were in detail introduced. The synthetic principle and latestresearch progress of self-emulsifying WPU(such as anionic,cationic,and nonionic WPU) with differenthydrophilic groups on PU molecule chain were emphatically introduced. Finally,the development direction of self-emulsifying WPU was expected.
