摘 要:目的:建立不同产地益智的HPLC指纹图谱,探讨不同产地化学成分的差异,为益智药材的质量鉴别与质量控制提供依据。方法:HPLC色谱法测定,采用国家药典委员会相似度评价软件进行分析。结果:不同产地益智指纹图谱有9个共有峰,不同产地益智指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.91。结论:不同产地益智化学成分相似,但成分的含量有差异。本方法稳定,重复性好,所建立的指纹图谱可用于益智药材的鉴别和质量控制。Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Yizhi from different places and compare chemical composition of Yizhi in various producing areas so as to provide the references for the quality evaluation and control.Methods:The component was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and the similarity of fingerprint was evaluated by the software of the State Pharmacopoeia Commission.Results:There are twelve common peaks and the similarity of fingerprint are all greater than 0.91 of Yizhi from different places.Conclusion:The ingredient point towards similar while their contents of chemical component may be different.This method is stable and good in reproducibility.The established fingerprint can be used to identify the evaluation and quality of Yizhi.
