半夏泻心汤含药血清对Hp感染人胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究半夏泻心汤含药血清对Hp感染人胃黏膜上皮细胞(GES-1)增殖的影响。方法:消化性溃疡寒热错杂证患者随机分为中药治疗组、西药治疗组,各20例,分别予半夏泻心汤、西药常规治疗7d后收集含药血清,GES-1细胞经Hp感染后将上述血清分别作用于细胞中药组(中药A组、中药B组)、西药组,另设对照组、模型组、用药前组(无药血清)。在多个时间节点进行活性细胞计数。结果:24 h、48 h、72 h时间节点,中药A、B组细胞数明显高于模型组、用药前组、西药组(P<0.01)。结论:HP可抑制胃黏膜上皮细胞的增殖,半夏泻心汤可以抵御HP的影响,促进细胞的增殖。Objective：To explore the effect of human medicated serum with Banxia Xiexin Decoction（BXD） on proliferation of human gastric epithelial cells（GES-1） infected by Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods：The peptic ulcer（PU） patients with cold-heat complicated syndrome were randomly assigned into Chinese or western medicine treatment groups,20 cases in each group,collecting the medicated serum after treatment with BXD or conventional western medicine for 7 days.After infected by Hp,the serum above was added to the GES-1 cell groups of Chinese medicine treatment（including Chinese medicine treatment A and B group） and western medicine treatment respectively.Meanwhile,set one control group,model group and pre-treatment group（no human serum）.Active cell counting was performed at multiple time nodes.Results：At 24 h,48 h and 72 h,the cell numbers of Chinese medicine treatment A and B groups were obviously higher than that of other groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Hp can inhibit the proliferation of gastric mucosal epithelial cells.BXD can resist the impact of Hp and promote the proliferation of cells.
