针刺太冲、曲池、风池穴治疗原发性高血压病的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较针刺太冲、曲池、风池穴的降压疗效,对针刺治疗原发性高血压病进行穴位优选研究。方法:将90例原发性高血压病患者根据随机数字表分为太冲组、曲池组、风池组,分别针刺相应穴位,疗程2周,观察第一次针刺后即时血压、治疗前后平均血压及总有效率。结果:针刺后3组血压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),其中太冲组、曲池组在即时降压疗效和长期降压疗效方面均优于风池组(P<0.05),而太冲组总有效率最高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺太冲、曲池、风池均具有降压作用,其中太冲穴降压疗效最好。Objective：To compare the antihypertensive efficacy of acupuncture at Taichong（LR3）,Quchi（LI11） and Fengchi（GB20） in order to choose the best curative effect of acupoints.Methods：Ninety patients with essential hypertension were divided into Taichong（LR3） group,Quchi（LI11） group,Fengchi（GB20） group according to the random number table,needling the corresponding acupoints for two weeks.We observed the instant blood pressure after first acupuncture,the mean blood pressure and total efficiency before and after the treatment.Results：After acupuncture,the blood pressure in the three groups was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,Taichong（LR3） and Quchi（LI11） groups＇ instant antihypertensive efficacy and long-term antihypertensive effect were better than those of Fengchi（GB20） group（P〈0.05） and total efficiency of Taichong（LR3） group was the highest（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture at Taichong（LR3）,Quchi（LI11） and Fengchi（GB20） has antihypertensive effect,while Taichong（LR3） is the best.
