急症用灸渊流探析

摘　　要：目的:整理古代医家急症用灸文献,为现代临床急症用灸提供方法借鉴和依据。方法:通过查阅大量古代文献,对急症用灸的文献资料进行系统整理。结果:先秦、秦汉时期医家著作为急症灸法奠定了基础,晋隋唐时期急症灸法取得了较大进展,宋金元时期医家流派纷纷涌现,百家争鸣,促进了急症灸法进一步发展和繁荣,明清时期急症灸法得到了系统的总结,应用范围进一步扩大,同时革新了灸疗方法,达到鼎盛时期。结论:灸法是古代主要的急症救治措施之一,可以为现代急症用灸提供有力的理论支持。Objective：By exploring the ancient literature on moxibustion for emergency so as to provide the reference and basis for modern clinical emergency with moxibustion.Methods：Through access to the ancient literature and retrieval of Chinese database,collate and study the literature ancient on moxibustion for emergency.Results：The medical works of the pre Qin,Qin and Han Dynasties have laid the foundation for emergency moxibustion.In the Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties,moxibustion for emergency had made great progress.The prosperity and development of emergency moxibustion were promoted by many medical schools during the period of Song Jin and Yuan.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the system of emergency moxibustion has been summarized,further expanding the scope of application,and innovation of the moxibustion methods.The emergency moxibustion reaches its peak.Conclusion：Moxibustion in ancient times is one of the main measures of emergency treatment,and it can provide the theoretical basis for modern emergency.
