摘　　要：目的:总结和分析针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的选穴规律。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med英文数据库中近10年针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究的文献,筛选符合要求的文献,分析针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的选穴规律。结果:在纳入111篇文献中被采用的腧穴有43个,涉及特定穴种类10种,分布于十条经脉,其中足阳明胃经腧穴使用频次235次,足太阴脾经148次。结论:针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床选穴以循经取穴为主,以特定穴为主要腧穴类型。Objective：To summarize and analyze the rules of selecting acupoints in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Acupuncture.Methods：A computer-based online search of CNKI and VIP database,Wanfang database and Chinese biomedical literature database（CBM）,Pub Med database in English in nearly 10 years of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical research literature,selected to meet the requirements of the documents.Analysis the rules of acupoints selection of acupuncture for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Results：Totally 43 acupoints in the literatures of 111,involving 10 kinds of types of specific points,distributed in ten meridians,mainly to the Yangming meridian of foot and foot Taiyin meridian,the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming acupoints using frequency is 235 times and Foot Taiyin by 148 times.Conclusion：Clinical points selection for treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture mainly belong to meridian acupoints and specific acupoints for the main types.
