摘  要:为提高配电网对分布式光伏的消纳能力,实现主动配电网优化运行,提出一种基于改进希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)的混合储能(hybrid energy storage system,HESS)容量优化配置方法。该方法首先获得光储系统参与配电网运行的最优出力与光伏实际出力之间的不平衡功率,将其作为混合储能的参考功率,采用集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)将不平衡功率分解为一系列固有模态函数(intrinsic mode functions,IMF),通过递归希尔伯特变换得到各IMF的瞬时频率-时间曲线,可有效避免传统HHT存在的模态混叠效应,提高瞬时频率的准确性。根据功率型和能量型储能的特性,以瞬时频率-时间曲线混叠最少为原则确定分频频率,采用功率型储能和能量型储能分别对不平衡功率的高频分量和低频分量进行平抑。最后,考虑充放电效率、荷电状态和全寿命周期成本,提出经济最优配置方案。To improve accommodation capacity of distributed PV for distribution network and realize optimal operation of active distribution network,an improved Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is proposed to optimize capacity configuration of hybrid energy storage system(HESS).Firstly,unbalanced power between optimal power for integrated PV-storage system participating in distribution network optimization and actual PV output is obtained and chosen as reference power of hybrid energy storage system.The unbalanced power is decomposed into a series of intrinsic mode functions(IMF) with ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD).IMF instantaneous frequency-time profiles is obtained with recursive Hilbert transform,thus effectively avoiding modal aliasing effect of traditional HHT and improve accuracy of instantaneous frequency.According to characteristics of power and energy storage,the so-called gap frequency is determined with principle of the least aliasing of instantaneous frequency-time profiles.Power and energy storages are used to restrain high and low frequency components of unbalanced power respectively.Finally,taken charge and discharge efficiency,state of charge and life cycle cost into account,optimal economic configuration scheme is put forward.
