摘  要:为了解决大功率应用场合中传统电流源型变换器与交流电网连接时涉及交流侧感性储能缓冲问题,在传统并联式三相12脉波电流源型变换器直流侧设计一种基于分流电感的直流电流复注变换电路,并以此构造一种新型STATCOM系统。在分析电路结构的基础上给出开关触发时序,获得理论波形;根据系统的等效电路推导数学模型,并提出无功功率控制方法;通过仿真和实验,验证所提电路结构和无功控制方法的可行性与正确性。结果表明:新型STATCOM输入输出性能优良,无需设置入网接口缓冲交流电容器即可保证三相交流电流的连续,无需滤波即可获得高质量的电流波形;根据控制角度命令,STATCOM系统能准确调整输出电流的相位,输出相应的容性无功或感性无功,具备自由调节无功功率的能力。In order to solve the problem of buffering AC side inductance energy when traditional current source converter(CSC) is connected to an AC power grid in high power applications,a DC current reinjection conversion circuit based on distributed-current-inductance is designed on DC side of a traditional parallel three-phase 12-pulse CSC.A new STATCOM system is constructed with this new CSC in this paper.On basis of analyzing the circuit structure,switch firing sequence is given,and theoretical waveforms are obtained.According to equivalent circuit of the system,a mathematical model is derived and a reactive power controller is proposed.Feasibility and correctness of the proposed circuit structure and reactive power control method are verified with simulation and experiment.Results show that the new STATCOM has excellent input and output performance,can ensure continuous three-phase AC current without AC capacitor as a buffer device when connected to AC power grid,and can obtain high-quality current waveforms without filtering.According to control angle command,the STATCOM system can accurately adjust output current phase,outputting capacitive or inductive reactive power with ability to freely adjust reactive power.
