摘 要:研究了高压PTFE中空纤维膜接触器脱除模拟沼气中CO_2的过程.以纯水作为吸收剂,在0.8MPa操作压力下,系统考察了气液相流量、组件装填分率和膜孔隙率等对CO_2脱除效果的影响.通过总传质系数的计算,对过程传质进行了定性和定量分析,结果与采用传质阻力经验关联式得到的液相、膜相和气相传质阻力及分布规律一致.结果表明,实验条件下膜接触器法可将沼气中CO_2含量从40%(摩尔分数)降低至3%以下;吸收过程中液相传质阻力起主要作用,占到总传质阻力的80%左右,而气相阻力则可忽略不计.The removal of CO2 from simulated biogas using apolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)hollow fiber membrane contactor has been studied at high pressure.Distilled water was used as absorbent and the operating pressure was 0.8 MPa.The effects of varying the feed gas and liquid flow rates,packing density and fiber porosity on the removal of CO2 were investigated.The mass transfer was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by calculation of the overall mass transfer coefficient.The conclusion was consistent with the analysis of mass transfer resistance distribution between the liquid phase,membrane phase and gas phase,which was obtained from empirical correlations.The results showed that CO2 content in the simulated biogas could be reduced from 40% to 3% under the experimental conditions.In the mass transfer process,the liquid phase mass transfer resistance was dominant and accounted for about 80% of the overall mass transfer resistance,while the gas phase resistance could be ignored.
