摘 要:高含盐染料废水可以采用纳滤分离进行处理,盐浓度对纳滤过程有重要影响.本文使用陶瓷膜纳滤处理模拟含盐染料废水.分别配制染料(甲基橙,中性红和碱性品红)溶液100mg/L,混合不同的钠盐浓度(质量分数0.05%,0.1%,0.5%,1%,5%,10%),进行纳滤实验,考察盐浓度对染料截留率、渗透通量和盐截留率的影响.实验表明,在低盐情况下,随着盐浓度的增加,染料截留率减小,通量增加;盐浓度增加至高盐(1%)以上时,染料截留率增加,通量减小.考察了盐浓度对膜污染的影响,对纳滤过程进行膜阻力分析,发现盐浓度的增加会适当降低膜阻力,减小膜污染.High-salt dye wastewater can be dealt with by nanofiltration separation,but the salt concentration has a significant impact on the nanofiltration process.In this paper,a ceramic nanofiltration membrane was used to process simulated saliferous dye wastewater.Solutions of different dyes(methyl orange,neutral red and basic fuchsin)at a concentration of 100 mg/L were prepared with different concentrations of sodium salts(0.05%,0.1%,0.5%,1%,5%,10%)and nanofiltration experiments were carried out in order to study the effects of varying the salt concentration on dye rejection,permeate flux and salt rejection.The results showed that in the range of low salt concentrations,dye rejection decreased while permeate flux increased with increasing salt concentration.When the salt concentration was further increased to more than 1%(high-salt),dye rejection continued to increase but permeate flux decreased.We also studied the influence of salt concentration on membrane fouling and analyzed membrane resistance during the nanofiltration process.It was found that increasing the salt concentration decreased the membrane resistance and also reduced membrane fouling.
