摘  要:为了解决矿山斜井跑车等安全事故的监控问题,引入超高频RFID技术,并结合多种传感器,对斜井中人车通行、生产环境等进行监控,实现了包含门禁考勤、通行控制、跑车事故发现与处置等在内的安全监控系统,重点研究了跑车事故检测算法及挡车装置设计.该系统综合考虑了斜井的各种安全因素,具有综合全面、实时准确、易于部署,适合各类中小型矿山等特点.测试结果表明,系统较好地解决了跑车防护等问题,对斜井安全防范具有一定的实际应用价值.In order to prevent inclined shaft safety accidents such as run-off accident,URFID technology and a variety of sensors are introduced to monitor people,cars and production environment in inclined shaft.The safety monitoring system is realized which includes attendance check,access control,discovery and disposal of run-off accidents and the design of the run-off accident detection algorithm and car stopping device are studied.The safety factors of inclined shaft are considered in this system which is comprehensive,real-time,accurate and easy to deploy,suitable for all kinds of small and medium sized mines,etc.The test results show that the system can prevent run-off accidents and has application value for the safety of mine inclined shaft.
