延续性护理方案在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理方案在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2014年12月至2015年3月在北京某三级甲等综合性医院就诊的74例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,根据就诊时间顺序将其分为对照组38例和干预组36例。对照组采用常规护理,门诊随访,干预组采用健康宣教、观看视频、现场示范、发放宣教手册、电话随访等形式开展延续护理服务。在干预前和干预后3个月采用类风湿关节炎临床疾病活动指数(clinical disease activity index,CDAI)量表及关节炎生活质量测量量表简卷(arthritis impact measurement scale 2-short form,AIMS2-SF)进行评价。结果干预3个月后,干预组患者的疾病活动情况虽有一定改善,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组在关节炎患者生活质量量表的症状、影响及社会等3个维度得分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论延续性护理方案对于改善类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量有一定积极影响。Objective To discuss the application effects of transitional nursing care on patients with rheu-matoid arthritis.Methods By convenience sampling,74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and divided into the control group （n=38）and interventional group （n=36）.The control group recieved routine care and clinic follow-up visit.The interventional group received transitional care including health education,videos,demonstration,hand-outs and telephone follow-ups.After 3 months,we compared the pa-tients disease activity index（CDAI）and the arthritis impact measurement scale 2-short form （AIMS2-SF）score.Results For the patients clinical disease activity index,there was no significant difference be-tween two groups （P〉0.05）.For the quality of life,the interventional group were better than the control group in dimension of symptom,influence and society （all P〈0.05）.Conclusions Transitional nursing care program has a positive impact on improving patients＆#39;quality of life.
