摘 要:目的对主管护师的能力进行综合评价。方法采用层次分析法构建主管护师能力评价指标体系,在指标体系的基础上通过模糊综合评价方法对主管护师进行综合评价。结果构建了主管护师评价指标体系并赋予权重,矩阵一致性检验满意。结论基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价方法,有效融合量性和质性指标,科学合理,有利于明确主管护师发展方向,提升护理管理科学性。Objective To conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the capability of nurse-in-charge.Methods An evaluation index system of nurse-in-charge capability through analytic hierarchy process was estab-lished,and then assessed the nurses by obscure comprehensive evaluation.Results An evaluation index system with different weighted values of nurse-in-charge capability was established and matrix consistency was satisfied.The evaluation index system was used to evaluate the capability of nurse-in-charge through obscure comprehensive evaluation.Conclusion The assessment is established by analytic hierarchy process and obscure comprehensive evaluation,which integrates the quantity and quality indexes,is scientific,rea-sonable,and beneficial to the research of the nursing management.
