摘　　要：目的探讨已婚异地护士留职意愿的稳定性。方法采用半结构式访谈,选取已婚异地护士15名,应用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料。结果已婚异地护士留职意愿的自我感受可归纳为以下4个主题:角色情感上的无助;高压的医疗工作环境;不能有效协调工作和家庭的关系;对前途和未来的不确定感。结论了解异地婚恋的护士为人妻母后关于留职意愿的真实感受,有助于帮助其建立正确的职业价值观,提高留职的稳定性,并有利于护理队伍稳定性的建设。Objective To discuss the stability of intention to stay of married nurse in a long-distance relationship.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 married nurses in a long-distance relationship.Data were analyzed based on Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results The nurses＇ feelings were classified into 4 themes,including the helpless in emotional role,high pressure working environment,family-work imbalance,the sense of uncertainty for the future.Conclusion Understanding true feelings about intention to stay as a married nurses in long distance relationship can help set up the correct occupational values,enhance the stability of its retention,which is conducive to the stability of the nursing team construction.
