国有企业党组织的政治功能与实现路径

摘　　要：国企的性质决定了其党组织在企业中政治领导核心、政治中枢地位、战斗堡垒基础上的政治功能独特性。国企在发挥政治核心与领导核心作用的过程中,既要正确面对在融入现代企业制度、应对观念多元化、完善基层党组织中依然存在的政治核心作用发挥不够明显、思想政治教育效果不够突出、党建制度落地不够理想的问题,更要认识到党的十八大以来国企发展道路更加宽广和自信、理想信念的基石不断夯实、管党治党的责任不断落实、改革发展的合力不断凝聚、提质增效的优势不断转化、山清水秀的政治生态不断净化的机遇和优势,聚焦依法履行职能、思想政治教育常态化长效化、坚持党管干部党管人才、创新工作方式方法,推进其政治功能的有效实现。The nature of state-owned enterprises determines the political function of its party organizations in the core of political leadership,political center status and fighting fortress in the enterprise.When the state-owned enterprises play a role of political core and leadership core,they should face such problems as insufficient political core role,not highlight political education,not ideal ideological effect etc.We should realize and grasp the chances and opportunities from the 18 th CPC National Congress.We＇ll increase the efficiency of the advantages of continuous transformation,adhere to the Party cadres led by the Party,try to find the new working methods and promote the effective implementation of its political function.
