摘　　要：北宋元祐五年,刘挚被太皇太后高氏任命为宰相。任相之后,他采取了一系列措施,力图巩固权位,清算异己,最终却在政争中以惨败收场。透过刘挚的进退沉浮,可以看出,元祐后期旧法派内部出现了无法弥合的裂痕,力量对比日渐朝着有利于新法派的方向演进,高氏苦心经营的"更化"路线已难以维持,中枢政局的剧变正悄然临近。LIU Zhi was appointed prime minister in 1090 by Grand empress dowager Gao.He used some tactics to strengthen his power by eliminating all his opponents.At last,LIU Zhi was defeated by his political opponents,which shows that the conservatives were divided into many factions,reformists wins gradually as Grand empress dowager Gao＇s political transition failed,and revulsion of the central political structure was on the way.
