精准扶贫视域下图书馆信息扶贫机制的建设

摘　　要：精准扶贫是我国现代扶贫的新主张,其核心要义就是"精准"。图书馆作为社会智库,既有响应国家政策的责任也有助力完成的优势。通过文献调研及实地调研的方法,先将图书馆按办馆水平进行两级分类,随后分析两级图书馆在信息扶贫中各自的优势,最后对两种图书馆的分工与合作进行研究,建立起以省为单位的两级图书馆联盟模式,探索二者配合的信息服务机制,以期更好地配合国家精准扶贫的战略,并更好地履行图书馆的服务职能。To take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty is a new concept of modern in China,and the core essence is ＂precision＂. As a social think tank,the library has both the responsibility of responding to the state policy and the advantages of helping to complete it. By the method of literature research and field research,the library classification,and then analyze the advantages and characteristics of University Library and the local library in the information of poverty alleviation,the division and cooperation of two library,established in the province as a unit of the two class library alliance,explore the mechanism of information service in conjunction with the two,in order to better meet the national precise poverty alleviation strategy,and to better fulfill the functions of Library services.
