摘 要:研究了非调质中碳钢晶内铁素体形核的影响因素。运用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等设备,从夹杂物的尺寸、分布和种类三方面探究其对晶内铁素体形核长大的作用,进一步为高质量洁净钢冶炼提供理论依据。试验结果表明,夹杂物成分为Al2O3、Ti N、VN等时最佳诱导等轴型铁素体的尺寸为2~4μm;等轴型铁素体包裹夹杂物的分布最有利于铁素体的生长;Mn S析出于Ti N表面非常有助于诱发晶内铁素体。The acting factors of influencing intragranular ferrite nucleation in non quenched and tempered medium carbon steel were investigated.By means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,the nucleation and growth of intragranular ferrite were investigated from three aspects of the size,distribution and type of inclusions.It provides a basis for smelting high quality clean steel.Experimental results show that when the composition of inclusions are Al2O3,TiN,VN etc.the best size of induced equiaxed ferrite is 2 ~ 4 μm; distribution of equiaxed ferrite coated inclusion is most conducive to the growth of ferrite;Mn S precipitation on the surface of Ti N is very benefit to induce intragranular ferrite.
