摘　　要：当前阶段,新型城镇化建设是我国社会经济发展的综合性课题。围绕这个题目,国家从各个层面展开研究与实践工作。分析了当前我国城镇化背景与趋势,从解决问题的角度引入微城市的概念,进而分析微城市的要素及内涵,提出微城市的典型模型,探索一种适合我国现阶段城镇化发展的模式,从一个微小的单元建设出发,由这些理想的单元最终汇聚成理想的"智慧城市",促进城市空间组织合理有序地演进。分析国内外城市化发展趋势,对比了未来国内外微城市的发展特点,结果可供政府决策层、城市规划领域、城市建设部门参考借鉴。The construction of new urbanization is a comprehensive subject of social and economic development in contemporary China. Around this topic, the state carried out research and practice at all levels. This paper analyzes the background and trend of urbanization in China, introduces the concept of the micro-city from the perspective of solving the problem, and then analyzes the elements and connotation of micro-city, and puts furward the typical model of micro--city. This paper will be useful for government decision-makers, city planning circles, commercial real estate development enterprises for reference, so as to better promote the rational and orderly development of city space organization.
