摘　　要：本文设计研发了一条基于PLC的自动丝网印花机控制系统的电气生产线,它以台达PLC为主控制器,变频器、液压系统为执行器,触摸屏作为通信上位机,实时监控整个运行过程,经过运行生产,实践证明大大提高了生产效率,降低了由于人工误差造成的印花花色不均匀等问题。This paper design an electrical production line based on PLC, inverter, hydraulic system as actuator, touch screen as comanunication PC, real-time monitoring the whole running process, through running production, the production efficiency is improved greatly, and the color irregularity caused by artificial error is reduced. The system has the characteristics of strong anti-jamming, stable operation, small error, accurate positioning and high productivity
