摘 要:目的评价以防艾生活技能为核心的职高生艾滋病防控综合干预的效果。方法采用类实验研究设计,以某校职高生为研究对象,采用多重线性回归、协方差分析的统计学方法分析干预效果。结果干预后职高生艾滋病知识水平及防艾生活技能提高,其中VCT的干预效果最佳。学生满意度评价结果显示90.7%的学生对课堂培训非常满意。多重线性回归分析结果显示,干预措施有效(干预vs.总分b=3.94,P<0.05),女生对艾滋病知识和生活技能的掌握情况比男生好(性别vs.总分b=1.38,P<0.05);协方差分析结果显示,干预后问卷总分提高(干预前后分别为24.2分、28.6分)。结论以生活技能为核心的艾滋病健康教育对于提高艾滋病知识水平和防艾生活技能具有较好的效果。职高生艾滋病防控应该开展长期的、以学生需求为主的健康教育。Objective To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive intervention on AIDS prevention with life-skills as the core among the occupational high school students. Methods We used the quasi-experimental study design. Taking the occupational high school students as research objects,the multiple linear regression and covariance analysis were used to analysis the data. Results The level of AIDS knowledge and life-skills were improved after the intervention,especially the effect of VCT was the best. And the survey results showed that 90. 7% of the students were satisfied with the training course.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the intervention was effective( intervention vs. total score b = 3. 94,P 0. 05),and the girls' total scores were more than boys( gender vs. score b = 1. 38,P 0. 05). The covariance analysis showed that the total score was increased after intervention( the score was 24. 2 before the intervention,and 28. 6 after intervention).Conclusion The comprehensive interventions on health education with AIDS prevention life-skills as the core has a good effect on improving the level of AIDS knowledge and life-skills. The long-term,based on students ' need health education measures are very necessary for the occupational high school students.
