摘　　要：全球及中国新型城镇化、工业化进程加快,水利水电开发导致的移民搬迁群体日益庞大,移民安置,社会保障,公共卫生服务等已成为国内外学者关注的热点,健康作为影响移民生产生活和后续稳定发展的重要因素尤其受到重视。本文在对国内外文献梳理的基础上,从移民的身体疾病和心理疾病两个方面分析移民健康现状及影响因素,研究移民健康在地域、时空的差异,并提出移民健康管理对策,以期为我国健全移民健康政策和加强慢性病防控管理提供决策参考。The acceleration of urbanization and industrialization process of global and Chinese,and the development of water conservancy and hydropower have led to the migration groups growing larger. The resettlement,social security and public health service of immigrant become the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad. Health,as an important factor affecting the production,life and stable development of immigrants,has been paid particular attention. Based on the literature review,analysis of health status and influence factors of immigrants from the two aspects of immigration physical disease and mental illness,this paper studies on immigrant health differences in geographical,time and space,and puts forward the immigrant health management measures,so as to provide reference for improving the health policy of immigration and strengthening the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
