人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4~＋)应用于新兵人格障碍筛查的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的将人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4^+)应用于新兵人格障碍筛查,检验其适用性。方法于2013年和2014年分别抽取2 000名新兵(共4 000人),使用PDQ-4^+施测。在2013年施测的2 000名新兵中,随机抽取300名新兵间隔4周进行重测。以分类一致性评估问卷信度,验证问卷的结构效度,并使用百分位数分析各分量表的划界分。结果各分量表Cronbach’sα系数范围为0.471~0.715,除强迫型分量表(一致率72.8%)外,其余各分量表的分类一致率为81.3%~93.5%。验证性因素分析的模型拟合指标为X^2/df=29.52、GFI=0.931、AGFI=0.893、NFI=0.936、IFI=0.938、TLI=0.918、CFI=0.938、RMSEA=0.089。分裂样、分裂型、边缘型、依赖型和抑郁型分量表划界分的百分位数为P95,自恋型和被动攻击型分量表划界分的百分位数为P90,偏执型、反社会型和回避型分量表划界分的百分位数为P85,表演型分量表划界分的百分位数为P80,强迫型分量表划界分的百分位数为P70。结论 PDQ-4^+在新兵中应用的信度和结构效度良好,但表演型和强迫型分量表的划界分需做修订。Objective To apply the Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire（ PDQ-4~＋） to Chinese new military recruits,and to test its applicability. Methods PDQ-4~＋was applying to 4000 new recruits sampled in 2013 and 2014（ 2000 people in each year）. Three hundred of the recruits who had finished the test needed to retest in 4 weeks＇ interval. Classification coherence was used to evaluate the reliability of PDQ-4~＋,its structural validity was exam by confirmatory factor analysis（ CFA）,and percentiles tested the cut-offs. Results The range of Cronbach ＇s α of all subscales was from 0. 471 to 0. 715. Except for obsessive-compulsive subscales（ 72. 8%）,the classification coherence was 81. 3% ~ 93. 5%. The result of CFA showed that the model fitted well（ 2/df = 29. 52、GFI = 0. 931、AGFI = 0. 893、NFI = 0. 936、IFI = 0. 938、TLI = 0. 918、CFI = 0. 938、RMSEA = 0. 089）. The percentiles of cut-offs in schizoid,schizotypal,borderline,dependent and depressive personality disorder were P90,in narcissistic and passive-aggressive was P90,in paranoid,antisocial,avoidant was P85; and in histrionic was P80,in obsessive-compulsive was P70. Conclusion The reliability and validity of PDQ-4~＋are satisfied when applied to Chinese new recruits. However,the cut-offs of histrionic and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder should be adjusted.
