摘  要:目的分析2016-2017年度安庆市流感监测结果,掌握本地流行特征,为流感防治工作提供依据。方法登录国家流感监测系统,对2016-2017年度安庆市ILI数据、病原学检测数据、聚集性疫情数据进行统计学分析。结果2016-2017年度安庆市ILI%为4.24%,ILI集中在15岁以下年龄组,占61.68%。核酸检测阳性率为12.62%,除2016年7月份外,每月均检出病毒阳性,其中2016年11月份阳性率最高,为35.33%;阳性标本中,季H3亚型占70.65%(207份),BV亚型占22.87%(67份);不同性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(X^2=1.60,P>0.05),不同年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(X^2=61.21,P<0.05)。对阳性标本,使用MDCK细胞分离法,分离出流感毒株95株,使用鸡胚培养法,培养出毒株2株。结论 2016-2017年度安庆市流感活动高峰在4月份和11月份,夏季高峰出现后移现象;以季H3和BV亚型交替流行为主;15岁以下人群为发病重点人群。Objective To learn the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Anqing and to provide scientific support for influenza prevention and control by analysing the results of surveillance of Anqing during 2016-2017. Methods The data of ILI,pathogen detection and aggregated epidemic in Anqing city between 2016 and 2017 statistically analyzed were collected from the National Influenza Surveillance System. Results The influenza-like illness rate( ILI%) was 4. 24% in Anqing city from 2016-2017,and ILI cases accounting for 61. 68% of all the cases concentrated in the age groups of under 15. The positive rate of nucleic acid detection was 12. 62%,and July in 2016 was not detected the virus,while November in 2016 had the highest viral detection rate,which was 35. 33%. 207 Seasonal H3 subtype cases accounted for 70. 65% of all the positive samples,and 67 BV subtype cases held 22. 87% of them. The difference in the positive rates between females and males was not significant( X^2= 1. 60,P 0. 05). The positive rates of age groups were significantly different( X^2= 61. 21,P 0. 05). 95 strains of influenza virus were isolated from MDCK cells in the positive samples,and 2 strains also grew by using chicken embryo method. Conclusion The epidemic peak of influenza activities from 2016 to 2017 were April and November in Anqing with a postponement of the peak appeared in summer. The dominant strains were alternation between Seasonal H3 and BV,and teenagers under 15 are the key groups for influenza prevention.
