摘　　要：网络信息时代,越来越多的大学生跻身智能手机网民行列,各项应用程序的强大功能以及其便捷快速的特征,使手机新媒体成为大学生日常学习、交流离不开的重要工具,也深刻影响和改变着他们的思维方式和价值观念。这样的网络时代特征使当前的大学生思想政治教育面对着极大的困难和挑战。发挥校园APP应用程序的强大优势,以APP为载体开展思想政治教育成为高校积极探索、创新实践的重要课题之一。In the network information era, more and more college students have joined the ranks of smart phone netizens. The powerful features of the network such as convenience and high speed have made mobile phone become an indispensable tool in college students, daily communication and study which can also affect and change their value system and the way of thinking. Therefore, the ideological and political education of college students is facing great difficulties and challenges. Taking the advantage of campus APP and using it as a carrier can be of great significance in carrying out the ideological and political education in our colleges and universities.
