摘 要:针对微生物实验技术课程教学考核方式比较单一的现状,改革实践了多元化考核方式,从课前预习、课程实验设计和操作规范性、期末笔试等多方面进行考核和评价。改变课程考核过于侧重笔试成绩的甄别和选拔,转而倾向于对学生的综合性评价,尊重学生个性发展,激发学生对微生物实验课的热情,使学生在课程中更多的参与到实验设计和结果分析等多个环节,培养学生的科学素养和积极主动的思维习惯,提高学生分析解决问题的能力。According to the status quo of the assessment methods of microbial experiment course, a pluralistic assessment system including preview report, experiment design, operation specification and final written examination was put into practice. The old system put too much emphasis on the comparison and discrimination of students, while the new one focuses on the personality development of students. It tries to stimulate the students" enthusiasm for microbiology learning, enable them to participate in more aspects of the experimental design and results analysis in the course, cultivate their scientific literacy, and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.
