摘　　要：目的为规范商品淡竹叶的市场秩序,实现中药材市场的标准化和现代化,制定淡竹叶的商品规格等级标准。方法通过对5大中药材市场中的商品淡竹叶进行调查,且从市场上收集不同产地的淡竹叶,并对其外观性状、杂质、水分、灰分等指标进行测量。结果 5大药材市场收集到的27份商品淡竹叶为禾本科植物淡竹叶的干燥茎叶,其主产地为四川,市场上对该药材的商品规格等级无划分,均为统货。样品杂质含量为1.906%~16.619%,包括根和花穗及其他杂质;水分和灰分分别为7.629%~14.203%和0.714%~13.693%。结论目前市场上的商品淡竹叶均为统货,因此杂质含量、水分灰分含量是对商品淡竹叶饮片进行质量评价的重要指标。Objective To study the commodity specification of Lophatheri Herba,for standardizing market order and achieving standardization and modernization of Lophatheri Herba.Method An investigation of the commodity specification of Lophatheri Herba from the main Chinese medicinal markets is carried out.The different commodity specifications of Lophatheri Herba are collected,and then the quantitative characteristics,purity,moisture content and ash content of them are tested in respectively.Result 27 batch commodity specifications of Lophatheri Herba are collected from 5 markets.Most of the commodity specification of Lophatheri Herba originated from Sichuan,and are sailed as ungraded goods in the form of pieces.By characteristics,they are identified as the dry stems and leaves of Lophatherum gracile Brongn.There are 1.906%~16.619% impurities include root,spike and the other impurity in these samples.In addition,the moisture and ash content of Lophatheri Herba is 7.629%~14.203% and 0.714%~13.693% respectively.Conclusion The present commodity specification of Lophatheri Herba is all in ungraded goods.So,high purity,qualified moisture and ash content should be the important index for quality evaluation of the pieces of Lophatheri Herba.
