摘 要:目的建立丹参提取液中浊度测定方法并进行方法学考察,并以丹酚酸B含量和浊度为指标,确定最佳工艺参数。方法采用HPLC法测定丹参提取液丹酚酸B含量、浊度测量技术测定相应浊度值,探讨丹酚酸B含量与浊度值的相关性。结果工艺参数点控制为提取液经酸沉后冷却温度至8~11℃、搅拌速度为800 r/min、pH为2左右,丹酚酸B含量最高,浊度相对较小。结论所建立的丹参提取液浊度测定方法准确、稳定可靠,可用于快速评价丹参药材的质量。Objective The method of determination of turbidity in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is established and the method is studied.The optimum technological parameters are determined by the content of salvianolic acid B and turbidity.Methods HPLC method is used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B and the turbidity measurement technique.The correlation between the content of salvianolic acid B and the turbidity value is studied.Results Under the process parameters for liquid temperature 8~11℃,stirring speed of about 800 r/min,pH to 2 the content of salvianolic acid B is the highest and the turbidity is relatively small.Conclusion The method for determining the turbidity of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract is accurate,stable and reliable,and can be used to evaluate the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
