王俊宏教授治疗气阴两虚型儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍经验

摘　　要：王俊宏教授根据儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的发病特点及临床表现,认为本病的内因主要为患儿先天禀赋不足,胎怯,外加环境影响,遗传与环境的交互作用共同导致本病的发生,其病机关键为"心肝脾肾阴阳失调",病机特点是心肝肾阴静不足、心肝脾肾阳动有余。王俊宏教授对气阴两虚型注意力缺陷多动障碍的治疗多采用益气养阴、宁心安神法,并强调行为干预,临床采用中药联合心肝安神益智推拿法干预治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍,治疗过程中可增加家长和患儿交流时间,减轻多动症状,临床疗效可靠。Professor Wang Junhong according to the characteristic of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and clinical manifestations of the disease,that is the main cause of sick children congenital deficiency,fetal external environmental impact,a genetic and environmental interaction leads to the occurrence of this disease. The key pathogenesis is ＂ heart,liver,spleen,kidney,four viscera,imbalance of Yin and Yang＂,the characteristics of its pathogenesis is ＂ insufficiency of heart Yin,hepatic Yin and kidney Yin＂ and ＂ moving and superabundant of heart-Yang,liver-Yang,spleen-Yang,and kidney-Yang ＂. Professor Wang Junhong treat the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,calming the mind and tranquilizing the mind,also emphasize the behavior intervention,the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Anshen Yizhi massage manipulation intervention treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This treatment can increase the exchange time of parents and children,reduce hyperactivity symptoms,clinical effect is reliable.
