嗜睡症的临证辨治

摘　　要：嗜睡症的病机为脏腑阴阳气血失调,表现为阳虚阴盛,气血亏虚及气郁血瘀,主要与脾、肾功能失调有关,涉及心、肝两脏。临床治疗应谨守病机,辨证论治,常用方为补中益气汤、香砂六君子汤、右归丸、温胆汤、柴胡疏肝散、通窍活血汤等。The pathogenesis of lethargy is viscera,Yin-Yang,Qi and blood disorders,manifested deficiency of Yang and excessive of Yin,deficiency of Qi and blood,Qi stagnation and blood stasis. It is mainly related to spleen and kidney dysfunction,involving the heart and liver. Clinical treatment must observe the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,the effect is better.Commonly used as Buzhongyiqi decoction,Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and Yougui pill,Wendan decoction,Chaihu Shugan powder,Tongqiao Huoxue decoction,etc.
